Private Lesson Reimbursement

Hitting Private Lessons

Please download and read the Hitting Reimbursement Authorization Form as we have updated the criteria for eligibility.

Reimbursement forms will be due on October 1st!

Because the development of hitting is fundamental to the overall success of the BFA fastpitch program, BFA is offering to assist families in offsetting some of the cost of the specialized training that will help make a player more successful.

Upon our “Player Development” board member’s approval, BFA will reimburse 50% of costs for qualifying training for a single player up to a maximum of $100 per year. The calendar year for reimbursement shall begin October 1st and run through the following September 30th. Reimbursement payments are made in Oct for qualifying players and training.  The player must be placed on the roster and playing for a BFA summer team. If the player elects not to play on a BFA team during the summer season, then no reimbursement payments will be paid.

The reimbursement is for one-on-one instruction and clinics that are not sponsored/subsidized by BFA and does not apply to costs  incurred for  seminars, training equipment, or BFA sponsored/subsidized clinics. Parents of players that are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity are asked to submit a signed authorization form to the “Player Development” Board Member. They will notify the applicant of the results. The intent of the application process is to assist the Board in budgeting reimbursement expense and not to limit player development opportunities.
