Building an Inclusive Team Culture

Coaches have a big impact on team culture. This includes ensuring that all players feel included and have the mindset to perform at their best. Currently,  college softball is less diverse, across the U.S. than the population as a whole. This inequity begins at the youth sports level, so it is important to understand how to ensure an inclusive, positive experience for all players.

Its partners include the NFL, NBA, MLB, ESPN, and locally the Minnesota Timberwolves Minnesota Lynx, among others
